PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Beautifully engraved certificate from the Republic of China issued in 1940. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a bridge, trains, pick axe and other scenes from China. There is also a stamp affixed to the certificate in the upper left corner. This item has the printed signatures of the Minister of Finance and the Vice-Ministers of Finance and is over 65 years old.
