This item has the signatures of the Company’s President, C. N. Holden and Secretary, John B. Alley and is over 120 years old.

The Colorado Investment Company was incorporated in New York and owned the Sovereign Mining company in Colorado. The Sovereign Mining Company owned mining claims in Colorado of which 660 acres were patented from 1887 to 1904.
