personable. I had a question about the timing of a gift I
ordered for Christmas and they both went out of their way to
make sure it had shipped and was delivered. They contacted me,
on their own, multiple times both by telephone and by email. Oh
yeah, they also have an extremely thorough catalog of items! In
fact, its incredible what they have put together on their site.

promotion for an additional item that would be included free with
the order. The day I ordered, the promotion was not up on the
website. I asked to have the free item sent. That item WAS sent
