Beautifully engraved certificate from the John Wiley & Sons, Inc. issued no later than 1993. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical men, one looking over a globe and the other reading a piece of a paper, beside the company's initals. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's Chairman (Bradford Wiley II) and its Secretary. John Wiley & Sons, Inc., is a global publisher of print and electronic products, specializing in scientific, technical, and medical books and journals; professional and consumer books and subscription services; and textbooks and other educational materials for undergraduate and graduate students as well as lifelong learners.
