 |  | | MCI Communications Corporation Bond ( Pre Worldcom Merger ) | We are offering this beautifully engraved authentic Bond Certificate issued by MCI Communications Corporation dated in the 1980s. This item has an ornate light red border with a woman holding a globe in front of a urban city. MCI was recently merged with World Comm, which makes this hard to find certificate very collectible. It has the printed signature of the Company's chairman of the Board and Founder. The actual certificate looks much nicer than the scanned image. This will make a nice historical addition to your collection or a great gift for someone special.
Stockholders, of record January 20, 1998, approved the merger of the Company with WorldCom Inc. under
a new name.
There were no dissenters' rights.
The MCI certifates are becoming very diffucult to find.
