Beautifully engraved Certificate from the famous Merrill Lynch & Co. issued prior to 1977. This historic document has an ornate block border with a vignette of the the Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center and the New York Skyline. This item has the printed signature of Donald Reagan (Ronald Reagan's Treasury Secretary) as Chairman of the Board and is over 32 years old. Punch and stamped cancelled, some wear.
