Beautifully engraved certificate from the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company issued in no later than 1927. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company's founder. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Assistant Secretary and is over 69 years old.
