in 1879. This historic document was printed by the H. B. Nims and Company and has an
ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle on s Union Shield next to a Civil War cannon and cannon balls. This item is hand signed by the Chairman of the Board ( George H. Goopers )and Chairman of the Finance Committee ( F. P. Allen ) and is
over 124 years old. The certificate has punch and cut cancellations and overall is in EF condition.
