PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Beautifully engraved Roumanian Public Debt certificate from the Roumanian Government issued in 1913. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignettes of a farmer and peasant woman with an eagle on top and the country's coat of arms on the bottom. There are also various tax stamps on the front. This item has been hand signed by government officials and is over 90 years old.
