Beautifully engraved certificate from the Varity Corporation issued in the 1980's. This historic document was printed by the British American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of allegorical men and women. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's Chairman and Secretary and is over 12 years old.
