Beautifully engraved certificate from the Wilshire Oil Company of Texas issued in 1968. This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company's logo. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Assistant Secretary and is over 33 years old.
