The Bare Market print by Fredric Arnold is framed in our black, 1" wide, wood contemporary frame using clear glass. This original work, destined to be a classic, was created by Fredric Arnold showing humor and the wonderful art of stock certificates. The print is dry-mounted to size 16" wide x 23 3/4" height prior to framing. Matting is not used. The overall custom frame size is 17 11/16" wide x 25 7/16" height.
Our sales price includes the framed Bare Market print, packaging and shipping within the continental U.S. Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii is available at actual cost. Shipment to international locations is not available at this time due to the size and weight of this custom framed print."
Mr Arnold is an accomplished artist with Paintings, Bronze Sculpture, Political and Humorous Cartoons. He has concentrated on producing work that combines a love of representational and figurative art. He has created over 200 paintings and 50 sculptures. All of his work has been offered privately and are now in collections all over the world. His work includes Sculpture and Painting, including Conte crayon and Charcoal figurative drawings focusing on the nude figure, Large-scale Papermache figurative mixed media sculptures, Bronze figurative sculptures, Miniature Bronze Alphabet of Female Nudes, Large-scale black and white acrylic paintings, Large-scale Wall Murals for City Buildings, Collection of humorous watercolor postcards and much more. His professional art background includes positions at Chicago Evening American and Herald American Newspapers, Stonewright Studios in New York, Warner Bros. Studio in Burbank, Calfornia, George Pal Productions in Hollywood California- He was a Fighter Pilot and Combat Artist during World War II. Hw did work for the 71st Fighter Squadron, 1st Fighter Group, USAF Historical Archives, Office of Flying Safety and much more. Fredric Arnold also completed fifty combat missions in North Africa, Sicily, and Italy; dive bombing, bomber escort, strafing, and the destruction of enemy shipping and aircraft. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal with nine Oak Leaf clusters. On his return from combat, he test flew America's first jet, designed and developed power steering for aircraft, and was promoted to the rank of Major at the age of twenty-three.
