Beautifully engraved certificate from the City of New York issued no later than 1971. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an Indian. This item has the printed signatures of the City's Mayor and Comptroller and is over 32 years old. The bond has been punch cancelled.
