Certificate
The Fuel Oil Motors Corporation was incorporated in 1921 in New York. In 1932, the company acquired 100% interest of the Schwarz Cycle Engine Company. The Schwarz Cycle Engine was unique because it was designed to burn crude oil, kerosene, alcohol and vegetable oils vs. gasoline. The engine was used on taxi cabs in a number of cities and was more fuel efficient than traditional gas engines. History from Encyberpedia and OldCompany.com (old stock certificate research service)
