Beautifully engraved certificate from the General Western Aero Corporation issued in 1932. This historic document was printed by the Goes Lithograph and Chipron Stamp Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle sitting on top of a globe. This item is hand signed by the Company's President( L F Vremsak ) and Secretary ( Stuart Kluigelsmith )and is over 72 years old. The certificate was issued to the Amphibian Aircraft Corporation. This is only the second time we have had this certificate for sale.

Certificate Vignette
The early history of the Santa Barbara Airport originally was the home to the General Western Aero Corporation. The principals of the company were Albin Peterson L F Vremsak of Burbank CA. The rights to the company were purchased by Air Transport Mfg Co when E L Hollywood was president.
