This historic document was printed by the United States Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company logo, the Golddome bank building and you know who. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's Chairman of the Board ( Ross B. Kenzie ) and its Vice President and Corporate Secretary and is over 26 years old.
