Beautifully engraved certificate from the Homestake Mining Company issued in 1906. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company, New York and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two Native Americans spying on miners and railroad laborers. This item has the handwritten signatures of the Company's Officers, and is over 106 years old.
