This item has the signatures of the Company's President, Judge H. P. Henderson and Secretary, W. W. Armstrong. The Mines Directory - 1910 QUINCY JUNIOR MINING COMPANY. Located at Hailey, Idaho, 8 miles from railroad. 165 acres. Lead-silver ore. Incorporated January, 1904, Utah laws; capitalized at $150,000--150,000 shares, par $1. 10,000 shares stock in treasury. 12 assessments have been levied.
