Beautifully engraved certificate from the Republica Mexicana Estado de Tamaulipas issued in 1907. This historic document was printed by the Bouligny's Sghmidt Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a town with a pier with women on both sides. This item has the signatures of various government officials including the Governor of the State of Tamaulipas. This certificate is over 106 years old.
