Beautifully engraved certificate from the U.S. Gold Mining and Milling Co issued in 1902. This historic document was printed by Los Angeles Printing Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman holding a wreath next to a cornucopia with coins coming out and showing the ocean in the background. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, J. R. Chapton and Secretary and is over 110 years old.
