Beautifully engraved SPECIMEN certificate from the WAVE-TV - Louisville, Kentucky. This historic document was has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a statue of a pioneer and an early TV camera. This was an award certificate given to those who helped introduce TV in the Kentucky and Indiana Area. WAVE TV began service in 1948. This is the first time we have seen this and the only one we have.
